The scope of Journal of Oil and Gas Research Reviews is to bring the developments within the world of oil, gas, and its allied areas. The oil and gas industry, also mentioned as the petroleum industry, consists of all the worldwide efforts to extract hydrocarbons from the globe, and process them into useful substances. The energy sector has three key areas: Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream. Upstream is E&P(Exploration). Midstream entails the transportation, storage, and processing of oil and gas. Once resources are recovered, it must be transported to a refinery, which is completely different from countryside compared to the oil and gas reserves. Transportation can include anything from tanker ships to pipelines and trucking fleets. Downstream refers to the filtering of the raw materials obtained during the upstream phase. This suggests refining fossil fuel and purifying fuel. The marketing and commercial distribution of those products to consumers and end users during form of forms including gas, diesel oil, petrol, gasoline, lubricants, kerosene, jet fuel, asphalt, fuel, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas).
