Journal of Human Resource Sustainability and Organizational Studies is an international peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes scholarly research related to human resource management, organizational behavior, workforce sustainability, and organizational development. The journal provides a platform for researchers, academic scholars, organizational leaders, and policy specialists interested in examining how human capital, organizational systems, and management practices influence long-term organizational performance and workforce sustainability.
