Author Guidelines

Journal of Human Resource Sustainability and Organizational Studies publishes scholarly manuscripts that contribute to research and analysis in human resource management, organizational governance, and workforce sustainability.

Manuscript Types

The journal publishes the following categories of manuscripts:

Original research articles
Review articles
Conceptual studies
Case studies
Short communications
Letters to the editor
Conference papers

Submission Process

Authors should submit manuscripts electronically following the submission instructions provided by the journal. The manuscript file should include all required sections, including title page, abstract, keywords, main text, tables, figures, and references.

Ethical Standards

Authors should ensure that submitted manuscripts represent original research that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.

If the research involves human participants, authors should confirm that ethical approval has been obtained from relevant institutional review boards where applicable.

Plagiarism Policy

The journal does not accept plagiarized material. Authors must properly cite all sources used in the manuscript. Submissions may be screened using plagiarism detection software during editorial evaluation.

Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening followed by independent peer review. Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on originality, methodological rigour, relevance to the journal scope, and clarity of presentation.

Editorial decisions may include acceptance, revision, or rejection based on reviewer recommendations.

Note: Authors must prepare and submit a cover letter with their manuscript.

Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

 

Manuscript Title
The title should clearly describe the focus of the research and should avoid unnecessary abbreviations.

Author Information
Provide the full names of all authors and their institutional affiliations. The corresponding author should provide contact information, including an email address.

Abstract
The abstract should summarize the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the study. Abstract length should generally not exceed 300 words.

Keywords
Provide three to ten keywords representing the main subjects addressed in the manuscript.

Introduction
The introduction should explain the background of the study, research objectives, and relevance of the research topic.

Materials and Methods
Describe research design, data sources, analytical methods, and procedures used in the study.

Results
Present research findings clearly using text, tables, or figures where appropriate.

Discussion
Interpret the results and explain their significance within the broader research context.

Conclusion
Summarize the major findings and discuss implications for research and organizational practice.

Acknowledgment
Authors may acknowledge funding sources or individuals who contributed to the research.

References
References should include all cited works and should follow the citation format required by the journal.
