T inversion myocardial infarction, non-obstructive coronary arteries and repeated chest stress and chest pain in a 64 year-old-woman.

Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA), usually affect old women. It differs from infarction with obstructive coronary arteries in that it is not frequently associated with hypertension, hyperlipidemia or diabetes. We present a case of MINOCA where electrocardiogram (ECG) acted as a parameter of evaluation of the severity of the condition. A 64-year-old woman presented with the symptoms of acute myocardial infarction. ECG showed T wave changes (T ii, iii, avF, V4-V6 inversion).
