    Hybrid Coronary Revascularization Vs Traditional Coronary Artery Bypass Graft: A Better Revascularization Modality

    Background: Hybrid coronary revascularization (HCR) represents a minimally invasive revascularization strategy in which the durability of the internal mammary artery to left anterior descending combined with percutaneous coronary intervention with drug eluting stents(DES)to treat remaining lesions in different coronary arteries. Objective: To compare the complication like bleeding, nephropathy and hospital stay MACCE defined as death, stroke, myocardial infarction (MI), stroke, and repeat revascularization in hospital and one year follow up.
