    Assessing the Sleep Quality and Depression, Anxiety, Stress in Students of Different Medicine Related Fields

    Background: Health care workers are predominantly affected with mental health issues due to increasing workload and less amount of sleep. It is important to note the beginning point of this poor mental health and coping mechanisms should be taught as early as possible. Aim: Assess Sleep quality, and prevalence of depression, anxiety and stress in medical, physiotherapy and nursing students Result: Nursing students have the best sleep score followed by Medical students and Physiotherapy students have the worst. In contrast, Physiotherapy students show highest amount of Depression, Anxiety and Stress. This is followed by Medical students and then Nursing students.
