    The international COVID-19 outbreak at the beginning of 2019 has had a huge influencing factor on lot of global and local manufacturing transportation chains, and triggered a continuous risks of logistics chains breakage by the way the COVID-18 pandemic has revealed the weakness of intercontinental supply chains arising from initial raw material scarcity, mass production and transportation disruption, and human being isolation.
