  The Hippocratic Oath serves as the moral compass of medical professionalism, emphasizing compassion, integrity, and respect. However, Indonesia’s healthcare system faces mounting ethical challenges, including corruption, nepotism, discrimination, and workplace bullying. These systemic issues often obstruct the efforts of many dedicated physicians to uphold their moral commitments, particularly those from minority backgrounds.
