  The Impact of Covid-19 on the Growth of Small and Medium-Scale Businesses in the Ga Central Municipality

  The general aim of the research was to assess the effect of Covid-19 on the growth of small and medium-scale businesses in the Ga Central Municipality of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The study adopted a descriptive quantitative research approach. The study used a sample 92 SMB owners and managers from the Ga Central Municipality. Questionnaire was the main data collection tool, analyzed with SPSS version 22 and presented in frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, correlation, regression, and one-sample t-test. The findings indicate that Covid-19 negatively affected the sales (income), profit margin, and market share of small and medium-scale businesses in the Ga Central Municipality.
