Migrant Men's Views and Experiences towards Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C) and its Prevention and Care in OECD Countries: A Qualitative Systematic Review Protocol

Objective: This review aims to synthesise male migrants' views and experiences about the provision of care services for survivors of FGM/C and related prevention strategies in healthcare settings in OECD countries. Introduction: Concerns among survivors about FGM/C care access relate to the potential impact of newly enacted laws in the healthcare service delivery and whether their decisions to seek care are acceptable to their current or future male partners. Little is known about their male partners' views. Inclusion Criteria: The review will consider articles that include male migrants of all ages who have close relationships with survivors and live in OECD countries.
