  Background: Post-traumatic facial paralysis is a rare but functionally and psychologically devastating complication of temporal bone fractures, occurring in approximately 6–10% of cases. Early recognition and appropriate management are crucial for optimizing outcomes. Objective: To describe two cases of post-traumatic facial paralysis in paediatric patients and to discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges associated with this condition.
