Background: Post-partum hemorrhage is a major complication of childbirth. Obstetric epidurals are often implicated in the occurrence of post-partum hemorrhage. Given the paradoxical data in the literature, we aim to retrospectively evaluate the impact of epidural on the risk of post-partum hemorrhage, instrumental delivery and the occurrence of risk factors for post- partum hemorrhage. Material and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 5753 records of patients with vaginal deliveries at the Brugmann University Hospital between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2021.
