This paper explored the current state of library services at Kerala University Library in enhancing user engagement. This study examines strategies for revitalizing library services, integration of digital tools and then suggests alternative revenue generation models. Analyze the library usage of Kerala university library from 2015 to 2022. The goal is to suggest a framework that can reverse the decline in library usage, modernization of library services, and development of new user engagement initiatives and to increase user satisfaction. Furthermore, the paper explores potential revenue generation strategies, including partnerships, grants, and innovative library services that can sustain long-term operations. By analyzing current trends and adapting them to the Kerala University context, this paper aims to propose a practical roadmap for transforming the library into a vibrant, sustainable resource hub and how the Kerala University Library can innovate to meet the evolving needs of the users in the digital age.
