Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant tumour with excess production of osteoid matrix. It accounts for 80% of primary bone Tumours and 2-4% of childhood sarcomas [1]. Triple diagnostic steps - clinical, radiological, and histopathological assessment are essential for appropriate diagnosis and management. Imaging plays a crucial role in the diagnosis, therapeutic planning and follow up. This is an observational study about role of MRI in the evaluation of Osteosarcomas of the appendicular skeleton.
