Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Intellectual capital in post pandemic era

The formation of intellectual capital in economic crises has been identified as the central axis of intangible assets in knowledge-generating organizations. In the field of pandemics, talent training has been a constant to create knowledge that will reduce the impact on Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The objective of this work was to contrast a theoretical model based on the dimensions reported in the state of the art. The results show that the established factors explain 80% of the total variance, although the adjustment and residual values may be more significant if the sample size and the items that make up the scale are increased. The implications of the study in academic, professional and work training are of an evaluative nature, since levels of learning can be inferred in different didactic tools and sequences.
