A Simple Refutation of the Bell-CHSH Implications

The Bell-CHSH inequality purports to present simple mathematical limits that apply to all local realistic physical theories [1]. Experiments have shown that quantum mechanics violates these limits and the generally accepted conclusion is that this demonstrates that quantum mechanics is not a local realistic theory. We show that the Bell-CHSH inequality does not apply to quantum mechanics [2].
