  Why and How Venus Rotates in the Opposite Direction, According the Theory of New Axioms and Laws

  The Theory of new Axioms and Laws contains 2 new Axioms and 8 new Laws and is created by the same author. The main axiom claims that an open vortex is always self- accelerating or decelerating (Axiom1). The new Theory claims that planetary bodies and Sun are constructed simultaneously from 2 different vortices: open transverse vortex and open longitudinal vortex This vortices are mutual orthogonal in space (S) and in time (T). They can be self- accelerating or self-decelerating. The transverse vortices are transversely coiled open accelerating or decelerating vortices. They generate accelerating or decelerating transverse spirals which form the visible bodies of planets and Sun in the Real time-space.
