  This study explores the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in enhancing the sustainability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), with a specific focus on aligning industry-driven initiatives with societal expectations. It investigates the nature and impact of CSR activities undertaken by industries, especially in areas like environmental sustainability, ethical business practices, and social welfare. Using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, the study evaluates stakeholder satisfaction and analyzes the association between socio-demographic profiles and perceptions of CSR effectiveness. Key statistical tools such as ANOVA, Chi-square tests, and mean value analysis were applied to examine differences and relationships across groups.
