  Strategic Responses to Energy Instability: Supply Chain Management in Iran's Industrial Sector

  Energy instability poses significant challenges to Iran's industrial sector, particularly in supply chain management (SCM). This article examines the impact of energy instability on industrial operations, including production interruptions, rising operational costs, and reduced competitiveness. Through a comprehensive analysis of strategic responses adopted by Iranian firms, the study highlights key measures such as diversification of energy sources, energy efficiency initiatives, risk management practices, and collaborative approaches. These strategies have proven effective in mitigating the adverse effects of energy instability, enhancing supply chain resilience, and improving operational efficiency.
