  Using Mill-Rejected Granular Cement as a Replacement for Fine Aggregate

  This research study presents a report on the effect of mill-rejected coarse-grained cement on concrete properties when the cement is used as a partial replacement for fine aggregates. Concrete mixes containing 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% replacement of natural sand with mill-rejected cement were prepared and tested for strength and permeability.
