The world is facing a triple crisis: a relentless rise in chronic diseases, an accelerating climate emergency, and unsustainable healthcare expenditures. These converging forces demand urgent, cost-effective, and evidence-based solutions. Among the most promising is the adoption of plant-based diets (PBDs), which were once seen as an alternative but are now strongly supported by robust clinical and epidemiological evidence.
