    For many years, enterprises have invested heavily in data platforms, dashboards, predictive analytics and machine learning models with the expectation that the accumulation of data and computational capacity would automatically translate into superior decision-making. While these initiatives have delivered important advancements in process visibility and operational efficiencies, the promise of a genuinely intelligent enterprise remains largely unfulfilled.
