  Agriculture, fishing, and animal rearing, activities often regarded as the backbone of subsistence economies, represent a vast yet underexploited dimension of Nigeria’s tourism potential. This paper, titled “Sweat to Wealth: Agriculture, Fishing, and Animal Rearing as Crucial Yet Underestimated Pillars of Tourism in Nigeria,” examines how these sectors, when strategically integrated with the tourism industry, can drive sustainable development, rural empowerment, and GDP growth.
