My Health Story 2008 to 2026 One Step Forward Followed by Another Downturn within a Published, Literature-Grounded MSAD Hypothesis

Abstract

Bruce H. Knox

This document holds the whole story in one place. Its central pattern is repeated progress followed by a new downturn, with the period between recovery and the next problem appearing to shorten over time. The sequence is interpreted through a literature-grounded framework of Multifactorial Secondary Autonomic Dysfunction, or MSAD. The framework treats the autonomic nervous system as a distributed coordinating network whose different components can be affected and recover differently. This interpretation is not being introduced for the first time in this narrative: it has been developed across my published, peer-reviewed papers on MSAD, autonomic vulnerability, visceral dysautonomia, EoE, recovery, upright gait failure, autonomic reserve and visual dysfunction [1- 35].
