Biography
Onwubiko, Emmanuel Chidiadi (PhD) is a certified librarian in Nigeria (CLN), a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI) in Nigeria, a fellow, Scholars Scientific and Academic Society (FSASS) and a Researcher, Lecturer-Librarian among other professional duties/qualifications. He has written and published eight books in Library and Information Science and as a single author, has over fifty articles published in international journals, contributed chapters in five books, won over thirty certificates of excellence in peer review, a reviewer in over fifteen international journals and currently editorial board member of American Journal of information Science and Technology (AJIST).
