1- Isolation, identification and characterization of lactic acid bacteria from traditional dairy foods.
2- Study characterization of probiotics bacteria.
3- Use of lactic acid bacteria and probiotics in functional food products and food biopreservation.
4- Microbiological analysis of food and dairy products (Total viable count- mold and yeast- coliform- staphylococci- salmonella- listeria????etc).
