Over the past 15 years, the author prioritized a health improvement program, starting with his body weight reduction which impacting his glucose levels, blood pressures, and blood lipids. This lifestylefocused approach aimed to minimize his risks of having cardiovascular diseases (CVD), strokes, chronic kidney disease (CKD), dementia (Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases), and various cancers. His ultimate objective has been longevity with happiness.
