The World Health Organization (WHO), in 1969, defines rehabili- tation as part of the medical assistance in charge of developing the functional and psychologi- cal capacities of the individual and activating their compensation mechanisms, in order to allow them to lead an autonomous and dynamic existence. The objective is measured in functional pa- rameters, in the restoration of their mobility, personal care, manual dexterity and communication [1].
