Toxicokinetics Online Journals

Toxicokinetics is the study of toxicant time course in terms of metabolism, absorption and excretion. Toxicokinetics (often abbreviated as 'TK') is the description of what rate a chemical will enter the body and what happens to it once it is in the body. Toxicokinetic study is the method of characterization of the toxin activity. The study deals with the overall processes the toxin undergoes after entry into the body or else how body handles the toxin. Study involves the analysis from initial satge of absortion to final stage of excretion and also the ability of toxins to pass the various biological memberanes are also analysed. The dose responses and concentration variations in the course of time is also dealt in toxicokinetic studies. Both invitro and in silico approaches are made for the analysis of different parameters. Toxicokinetic analysis information provides the information for chemical hazard identification and management. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity.
