To give steady treatment to extreme and basic COVID-19 patients, the World Health Organization (WHO), working with the World Food Program (WFP) and the International Medical Corps (IMC) has bolstered the Ministry of Health to overhaul and prepare the Dr John Garang Infectious Diseases Unit (IDU).

 

The development of the IDU , that started on 13 April 2020, has increased the bed limit in the IDU from 24 to 82 to connect the interest holes for confirmation. The new 82 bed limit treatment unit has a temperature controlled administering drug store and a completely prepared clothing to support disease counteraction and control.
