Guidelines for Editors

The Editorial board sometimes known as Advisory board. The Editors responsibility is to recruit the highly qualified researchers, professors, Doctors, Associate professors and assistant professors in the relevant field as Journal’s editorial board member. The Journals prestige and consistency is improved by the Editors who is greatly contribute to the Journal to maintain standards by handling the peer review process. To enhance the quality of the manuscript and to choose the right reviewer is very important for the editor. Review comments are considered but the editor decision will be the final one. All the papers received by Journal will undergo peer review process, the editor’s decision is based on quality and novelty of the manuscript.

The editor’s responsibility is to determine the submitted manuscript is appropriate for the journal or not and he should first evaluates the manuscripts received to the journal. In some rare cases the manuscript is rejected because of scientifically flawed or plagiarised content in the submitted manuscript. The editor should provide reasons to reject a manuscript when we will be returned to authors. If the author suggests any peer reviewers, editor need to be considered first. Editor’s responsibility is to guide reviewers by providing reviewer guidelines and review form. The editorial office will send the received review comments for the final decision of Editor. Based on review comments and editors own assessment of the manuscript editor will determine the disposition of manuscript. In rare cases if the amendments are unclear the authors are allowed to contact editor. The editor should not disclose the reviewer details. Punctuality in time should be maintained.

Major Revisions are send back to author along with Review comments and if any Editor comments by providing 10 days’ timeline for major revision.

Minor Revisions are send back to author along with Review comments and if any Editor comments by providing 7 days’ timeline for minor revision.

If the Editor accepts to publish Manuscripts accepted without changes are accepted. To improve the standards of the journal the editor should provide new ideas or suggestions and should be active and participate to submit Editorial thrice in a year to support the journal issues.

The editor should encourage publication of advanced technologies, new discoveries and peer reviewed research. The editor should encourage submission of quality manuscripts to the journal by personal recommendations, by recruiting authors and assisting them with outreach.

The Editor should assist the coining of special issue topics (titles) and other journal related activities.
